Updated 2018 Subaru Outback Arrives This Summer

After 20 years of success, Subaru doesn’t usually change the Outback too much when it comes to an update, and that’s not a bad thing. For the 2018 model year, the crossover wagon’s midcycle refresh may seem minor, but the changes add up to a more connected and quieter vehicle with more utility.

Visually, you’ll notice the 2018 Outback boasts a wider, lower grille, and standard LED daytime running lights on every model. The quieter cabin was enabled thanks to reshaped side mirrors, sound insulating glass, and wheel-well aprons that are thicker than the outgoing model. The interior also gets Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality, alongside a redesigned center console. Last year’s 175-hp and 256-hp engines carry over, along with symmetrical AWD and continuously variable transmissions.

The new Outback arrives in dealerships this summer! If you want to learn more about this upgraded wagon, check out the video above, or contact our Subaru dealership in Brunswick, OH to get more information from the source.
