Good Afternoon,
I wanted to take the time to commend your staff on their
customer service skills. I have had my vehicle in twice over the last year and
both times I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle. She has been so helpful
in explaining the details of the repairs that were completed, and getting me in
and out of the shop in a timely fashion. Trust me when I tell you that there
arent very many service departments around that have the qualities that you
guys have. Thank you for doing such a GREAT job.
